Services and Rates

Individual Therapy / 50 minutes

• Price: $60-$120 (+$20 for every additional 10 minutes)

  Individual services are delivered 100% virtually and consist of our intake session (first session together) and any subsequent follow-up sessions. I use a salary-based sliding scale (see above). Sessions are 50 minutes in length unless we’ve discussed and agreed upon an alternative together (ART sessions may be completed in 60 minutes).

Accelerated Resolution Therapy Intensive / 90 minutes

• Price: $150 (+$20 for every additional 10 minutes)

  These services are delivered 100% virtually and are 1.5 hours in length. These sessions are available to those who wish to engage in more intensive, specific ART treatment for accelerated healing which requires additional time to effectively complete the full treatment protocol. It is recommended for chronic trauma to complete the full protocol. This option is available after we’ve met for a few 50-minute sessions to complete your intake, review your goals for treatment, and establish coping tools for use during our session. Intensives are not available for sliding scale discounts.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy Package / 60 minutes each

• Price: $375

  These services are delivered 100% virtually and are 60 minutes in length, for a span of 3 sessions. These sessions are available to those who wish to access a holistic, intensive ART treatment. The first session will address childhood memories in one lump sum; the second will address adulthood memories in one lump sum; the third will target specific lingering challenges that may or may not be related to past trauma, such as self-criticism, anger outbursts, codependency, or impulsive behaviors. It is recommended for trauma to complete the full protocol. This option is available after we complete your intake and determine that you are a good candidate for immediate ART treatment. It is recommended to schedule a 50-minute follow-up session to discuss if anything has noticeably changed. The package is not available for sliding scale discounts.

Payment / Cancelation Policy

I use the Stripe payment processor on Simple Practice. Payment is due before the start of each session. If I am unable to collect payment due to your card being declined or blocked, this may result in the cancelation of your upcoming appointments until your balance is paid in full.

• All cancelations require a full 24 hours notice. Email amber@witsendllc.com or call/text 651-478-3299.
  You may reschedule within the same business week at no charge, as availability allows. 

• All no-shows are subject to the full fee of the session without appropriate notice. My policy is already quite generous, and if you do not show for your appointment, I do not get paid. No shows do not allow enough time to fill that spot.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and a fee will be assessed at that time. If you accrue more than 2 no-shows in a row, you may be removed from my schedule or discharged.  

• If you are involved in a court-related case, phone calls or court appearances may incur additional fees. Letter writing or document preparation may also incur a fee depending on the nature of the documentation.

• No Surprises Act: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
